Delivery Policy

1. We do same day delivery for Manila provided that we received the order BEFORE 3PM. Orders received after 3PM will be shipped the next day.
2. Our standard Delivery Time is 11am To 7pm. If you request delivery earlier or later then our standard time, please order in advance and make a special request.
3. Our standard shipping fee is $7 for  Manila  provincial delivery. However, If the Location is Remote area we may add additional delivery fee.
4. Please provide the complete address. Incorrect address and contact number might cause delay of the delivery. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete.
5. Same Day Flower delivery of  Manila province possible Only the following Cities, and Towns: Binondo, Ermita, Intramuros, Malate, Paco, Pandacan, Port Area, Quiapo, Sampaloc, San Andres, San Miguel, San Nicolas, Santa Ana, Santa Cruz, Santa Mesa, Tondo.
6. Same day delivery Possible only the Urban areas. If the recipient living in Rural Area, We May not able to deliver same day.
7. Same Day Delivery is not applicable during any event like Valentines, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas. Order must be place in advance.
8. Substitution Policy: To provide you with the best possible service, we may need to substitute certain variant/brand in case of unavailability. Rest assured, any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall aesthetic of your chosen product/arrangement
