Delivery Policy
1. We do same day delivery for Metro Manila provided that we received the order BEFORE 2PM. Orders received after 2PM will be shipped the next day.
2. Our standard Delivery Time is 11am To 7pm. If you request delivery earlier or later then our standard time, please order in advance and make a special request.
3. Our standard shipping fee is $7 for metro manila and provincial delivery. However, there are some item need extra charge for provincial delivery.
4. There are some products like cake, food, tulip Etc which is only possible to be delivered within Metro Manila and nearby provinces. please read the instruction before complete the order.
5. Please provide the complete address. Incorrect address and contact number might cause delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide correct address (House# street name Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete.
6. Same Day Delivery is not applicable during any event like Valentines, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas. Order must be place in advance. and there is no time specific delivery during any event.
7. Hospital deliveries: Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
8.Substitution Policy: To provide you with the best possible service, we may need to substitute certain variant/brand in case of unavailability. Rest assured, any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall aesthetic of your chosen product/arrangement.
9. Same day delivery for provincial area is possible in selected cities however order must be in Provincial Category.
